Delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and estimated delivery times are provided on product pages. Our fulfilment centres are located worldwide which means faster delivery times for you.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are dynamically calculated during the checkout process based on location and number of items. All shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

 

International Orders

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

Lost/Damaged in transit

We will deliver to the address provided at checkout. We cannot take responsibility if an order is placed with an incorrect or incomplete address. In addition, we cannot take responsibility for unclaimed deliveries.

 

Undelivered Items / Returned Parcels

If parcels are sent back to us by the courier, shipping fees would have to be repaid in order to send out the parcel for a second time.

 

Tracking of Orders

Tracking information and the name of the courier service will be emailed upon dispatch of the order.
